Oliver started with Karate in 1986 under Rolf „Böbby“ Baumgartner. After Böbby retired from Karate, he practiced under Kozo Matsuura in Tokyo directly and since 1997 under Eiichi Miyazato in the Jundokan in Okinawa, Japan. He is the head of the Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate Jundokan in Switzerland (shibu-cho) and runs the school together with Gregor.

Gregor Isler

San-dan, 3rd Dan

Gregor started practicing Karate in 1991 under Oliver. Since 2003 he runs the daily operations of Renshinkai.
Gregor is a Master Electrician and holds also a Master in Facility-Management. He is the head of technical facilities at Ernst Schweizer AG.

Markus Steiner

Markus started with Karate in 1986 with Böbby. Over time, he practiced in different Karate schools and is still intriguing us with his rich experience and never-ending flow of new ideas.
Markus is a Captain and commercial airline Pilot with Swiss.

Lorenzo Bello

Lorenzo started practicing Karate in 1993 with Oliver. Lorenzo loves Kumite and is our favorite Kumite coach. 
Lorenzo leads a team of security guards at Securitas.

Ueli Zürcher

Ueli started with Karate together with Oliver in 1986, and shares many funny experiences with him, in particular from their trips to Tokyo. He has been focusing on Jiu-Jitsu practice for the last years and helps us to throw, grab, lock and ... fall. 
Ueli is a secondary school teacher in Rüti ZH.
